이 앨범은 진짜로 전 세계적으로 엄청난 파장을 불러 일으킨 명반이다. 우리나라에서도 그 파장은 대단했으니까.
물론 나도 앨범이 나오자마자 들은 것은 아니었지만, 학창시절에 Helloween 저 음반은 메탈 음악을 듣는 다는 사람은 다 있었을 정도니까...그 정도로 대단한 앨범이다. 20년지 지난 지금 들어도 좋으니 말이다. 흐흐흐

 PART 1과 비교하면, 약간은 팝적인 느낌이 강해졌다. 물론 초기부터 슬슬 강도가 약해진 것 만큼은 사실인데, 그렇다고
우리가 헬로윈을 비난할 이유는 되지 못한다고 본다. 누구나 원하는 음악은 틀리고 모든 사람의 욕구를 다 맞출 수는 없는 법.

참으로 오래전에 나온 앨범인데, 딸랑 두 곡 말고는 제대로 들어본 적이 없는 음반이다. Power와 Forever and one이라는 곡이 있다는 것만으로도 이 앨범의 가치는 충분하며, Andy의 성공적인 Helloween 입성이라고 말 할수 있다. 이 음반이 성공을 하지 못했다면 Andy도 없거니와 Helloween의 존재 자체가 힘들었을지도 모르는 법이니까. 이로써 전기와 후기의 Helloween으로 극명하게 나뉘게 된다.
